Hazel & Muse offers a 30-day money back guarantee from the date your order is delivered, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free from marks, makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant or any damage, and returned with original tags and packaging where possible.

Starting a Return

How to request a return

To start a return, please contact us at support@hazelandmuse.com with your order number, full name and reason for return.

Please do not send your order back without contacting us first. Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide the next steps.

Change of Mind

Returns for size, fit or change of mind

If you change your mind, ordered the wrong size, or the item does not suit you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Damaged, faulty or wrong item received

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@hazelandmuse.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will assess the issue and provide a suitable remedy in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Your rights are protected

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Refund Timing

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that may not be eligible

For hygiene and quality reasons, we may refuse change-of-mind returns if the item has been worn, washed, altered, damaged, marked, stained, scented or returned outside the return period.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if the item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet consumer guarantees.

Exchanges

Can I exchange for another size?

If you need a different size, please contact us and we will let you know whether an exchange is available. If the size you need is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit where appropriate.
